All approved stall holders must book and pay for their stall upon receiving their booking confirmation email to secure stall positions and a place at the festival

(trading up to 8pm Saturday night  is possible organised in advance with Katrina Mushet)

- NO STALL BOOKING IS CONFIRMED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO FESTIVAL/EVENT DAY FOR A REFUND OF ANY STALL FEES PAID.

We want to support creative souls who create fabulous and interesting works, designs and products as well as local growers and producers of especially organic fresh produce or gourmet delights. The general theme of the Hillarys Markets is to create a place where those of us who create, design, invent, make, support non profit, grow or produce or are in the Holistic services can gather together every year in the superb atmosphere of the the Hillarys Boat Harbour to network and sell our products or share our ideas, talents and knowledge with the general public. The Hillarys Boat Harbour is alive and swinging all day and night with both locals and tourist, especially on the weekends. There is an high traffic flow of people all summer long that is made up equally of both tourist and locals. Some coming to swim at the still water beach, or visit the water fun park, have a BBQ, swim underwater at the AQWA, go Jet Skiing, do a little fishing, play mini golf, climb the rock wall, do the high ropes course, catch the ferry to Rottnest and/or to relax, eat, drink and of course go shopping. As you can imagine the atmosphere is electric.


All potential stall holders should complete the application form and provide images of their work and/or products. We may from time to time use images provided by you and those we have created ourselves of you and/or your work and/or products on our website and/or for promotional material.  


Successful applicants will receive an offer by email within approximately 1 week after we have received it or will be advised that they have been added to the pool of eligible stall holders to show at specific future festivals/events/markets.  Unsuccessful applications will also be advised by email. If you have any further questions please call
